The Weidefeld sandy beach is only 100 metres away, Marina Olpenitz with marina, restaurants and water sports is right outside the door. The historic harbour town of Kappeln on the Schlei is only 5 minutes away, Flensburg in 45 minutes. The apartment was built in 2021 and combines comfort with maritime charm: cosy living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful balcony from which you can watch the goings-on at the marina and look out to the Baltic Sea.
